How did I get $300k over the asking price for these great sellers? It’s all about strategy, representation, and the right positioning in the market. We made sure the home was priced right, and listed it off market for a few days to build buzz and gain momentum. I advertised the property within my network of industry colleagues. And with professional photos and staging, the features of the home shone through. In the end, it all paid off - we had 37 visitors at the first open house, and multiple above-asking offers soon after. These are the things AI and part-time brokers can’t do: leverage their expert knowledge and experience for true, tangible gains in an ever-changing market. Who do you know who’s looking to sell? Rainbow, the girls, and I enjoyed a late summer visit to Quebec. The capital is so beautiful, we loved walking the streets and taking it all in. It felt so clean and European!

Of all the hats I wear, “Dad” is my favorite. My father served as a great example. He raised all 8 of us with devotion, care, and love. I try to follow his example as best as I can. Letting loose and just having fun with my family replenishes me and brings me back to what’s really important.

The girls loved participating in the St Mary's Big Hearts Walk, a major fundraising event supporting medically fragile children. Mabel loved the petting zoo, and Halcyon was named the Grand Marshal!

Built in 1899, and featured in the Park Slope Civic Council annual House Tour in 2017, 479 4th Street embodies the concept that some things genuinely improve with age. Three floors. Nine rooms.
